Low poly aged & worn down building, this type is generic enough to fit in most environments, simple additions of the right exterior props (TV antennae, a/c unit, power lines, etc) will make it fit. The building itself is built from architecture seen in the Middle East & other parts of Asia.
Balcony roof, stairs & shutters remain detached for easy removal, positioning, etc.
Textures remain high resolution for close up renders of up to 1024 resolution; and all included. For maya version allow folder creation right to C: drive to keep texture paths intact. Close-up shots used more lights for better view, all rendered with no external sources using mental ray.
